Update your agency name and patch⁠

Agency branding settings let an administrator update the agency name and upload an agency patch for display in DORWorks.

Open agency branding

1. Sign in as an administrator.
2. Open Admin.
3. Open Agency Branding.

Update the agency name

Review the agency-name field and enter the name your agency wants displayed. Check the spelling and save using the control provided on the page.

Upload the agency patch

Use the image-upload control to select your agency’s patch. Follow any file requirements shown on the page and save the change.

Choose a clear image that remains recognizable at the small size used in the application header.

Review the result

Return to the main application and check the agency name and patch in the header. If the result is unexpected, return to Agency Branding and review the saved name and uploaded image.

Agency branding identifies the agency. Training-program names and model-specific terminology are managed separately in program settings.
