Review training analytics
Analytics helps authorized FTOs, supervisors, and administrators review training patterns and progress. Available views depend on your program and access.
Open an analytics view
- Confirm the training program and trainee you intend to review.
- Open Analytics.
- Choose the view that matches your question.
- Set the available program, trainee, phase, or assessment filters.
- Review the results using your program’s assessment scale and category definitions.
Choose a view for your question
Your program may offer views such as:
- Trainee assessments: Review an individual trainee’s recorded assessments.
- Category history: Follow a trainee’s category assessments across daily records.
- Cohort or phase heatmaps: Review assessment patterns across trainees or phases.
- FTO assessments: Review recorded assessment patterns by trainer.
- Trainee comparison: Select the program and trainees you want to compare.
- Training and shift hours: Review the time recorded in the program.
- Event statistics: Review recorded event information by the available groupings.
Open the supporting record
Where a chart or result provides a link, select it to open the underlying daily training record. Read the narrative, events, and assessment comments to understand the circumstances behind the result.
For example, use category history to locate a particular assessment, then open the linked record to see what was documented that day.
Interpret results in context
Check the selected program, trainees, phases, and filters before comparing results. Programs may use different scales and assessment methods, so the same number or label may have a different meaning in another program.
Summary charts and averages help identify areas to review. Use the underlying records and your agency’s training procedures when deciding what follow-up is appropriate.
A view or expected result is missing
Check your selected program and trainee, review the filters, and ask your administrator to confirm your access and the program’s enabled features.
