Find agency resources and assessment definitions
The Resources menu gives you access to your program’s reference materials, assessment category definitions, and rating scale. Use these resources to understand your agency’s training expectations.
Open the resource library
- Open Resources in the navigation bar.
- Select Resource Library.
- Find the document you need. Your agency may organize resources by topic or category.
- Select View to open the resource or Download to save a copy.
Your agency supplies the materials in the library. Examples include maps, training expectations, reference documents, and welcome information. The resources you can see depend on your access and the resource’s visibility settings.
Find an assessment category definition
- Open Resources and select the category definitions option.
- Browse the sections and categories, or enter a word or phrase in the filter to narrow the list.
- Read the definition for the category you are reviewing.
Category definitions explain the areas in which a trainee is assessed. Your program may use different names for its sections, categories, or assessments.
Review your rating or assessment scale
- Open Resources.
- Select your program’s rating or assessment scale.
- Review the available levels and their descriptions.
Scales differ between programs. Use the definitions for the program you are working in when interpreting ratings or completing an assessment.
