Create your saved signature

Create your saved signature before signing, acknowledging, or approving training records in DORWorks. Your saved signature is used when you complete an action that requires it.

Open your signature settings

  1. Sign in to DORWorks.
  2. Select your name in the upper-right navigation.
  3. Select My Profile.
  4. Scroll to the signature area.

Draw your signature

  1. Choose the option to draw your signature.
  2. Draw your signature in the signature area.
  3. Select Save Signature.

Type your signature

  1. Choose the option to type your signature.
  2. Enter your name.
  3. Select the signature style you want to use.
  4. Select Save Signature.

Use your saved signature

Return to the training record you need to sign, acknowledge, or approve. Review the record and select the action assigned to you. DORWorks uses your saved signature when that action requires it.

Saving your signature in your profile does not sign or approve a training record by itself.

Update your signature

Return to My Profile, create the signature you want to use, and select Save Signature.

Still unable to sign or acknowledge a record?

If the page indicates that a signature is required, save your signature in My Profile and return to the record. If the action is still unavailable, ask your agency administrator to check your permissions and the record’s current workflow step.
