Open file storage

Administration → File storage

Shows usage against your agency quota and a breakdown by category.

What counts

• DOR and event attachments
• Program Resources library files
• Objective reference PDFs
• Profile photos
• Trainee archive export ZIPs (while retained)

At or near the limit

• Review the breakdown on File storage
• Remove obsolete resources or old exports where policy allows
• Contact support@dorworks.com to request a higher quota

Staff may see storage quota exceeded when uploading if the agency is at capacity.
