Trainee - Reports

Who this is for

Trainees viewing progress summaries and attachments for their program enrollment.

This is an end-user article. Agency configuration and admin reports are documented separately for system administrators.

Open Reports

Reports in the sidebar opens a menu scoped to your enrollment. Labels start with My (for example My training summaryMy weekly summaries).

Reports menu

Report What it shows
My files Every file uploaded on your DORs and shift activity / event entries — download from one list
My weekly summaries Week-by-week rollup (when your program uses weekly summaries)
My monthly summaries Month-level DOR and rating summary
My end of phase summaries Phase completion review data
My end of program summaries Cumulative summary near program completion
My performance improvement plans Open or completed PIP forms (when used)
My NRT history Needs Remediation Training entries (when NRT is enabled)
My task types Shift activity tasks logged on your DORs (when enabled)
My phase advancement Phase progress and advancement history
My training summary Single-page overview — phase, DOR counts, training time, key stats
My text search Search narrative and notes on your DORs, checklists, objectives, and forms

Some items appear only when your program enables that feature.

My files

Reports → My files

  • Lists attachments from DORs and Events (or your program’s custom events tab label).
  • Use Download on each row.
  • If the list is empty, no files have been attached to your records yet.

Dashboard charts

On Dashboard, assessment charts may appear when your program uses ratings in early phases.

When allowed, use Hide charts / Show charts to collapse the chart section. Progress donuts (DOR status, checklists, objectives) stay visible.

PDFs on individual records

Download PDF on a DOR, checklist, objectives page, or form exports that single record. The Reports menu is for summaries and cross-record views.
