Purchasing trainee credits and program slots
Who this is for
Agency administrators on pay-as-you-go billing. Annual-contract agencies: see Annual contract below.
Open Billing
Admin → Billing
Shows trainee credit balance, program slots used vs allowed, and purchase history.
How billing works

| Trainee credit | $100 each | 1 credit deducted at enrollment |
- No subscriptions — one-time purchases only.
- Credits do not expire.
- Credits and program slots are separate products — credits are not used toward slot purchases.
- Promo codes apply when buying credits on Billing, not at enrollment.
- Deleting a program does not restore a slot.
Buy trainee credits
- Admin → Billing → Buy credits
- Optional promo code → Validate code
- Choose quantity (1, 5, 10, 25, 50, or custom)
- Continue to payment → Stripe Checkout (911 Tech Inc; statement typically 911TECH-DORWORKS)
Balance updates after payment. Receipts email from Stripe when configured.
If a promo code covers the full order, credits are added with no card charge. Some codes limit credits per purchase — lower quantity if validation warns you.
Buy program slots
When all slots are used, Add program is locked on Training programs.
- Admin → Billing → Buy program slot
- Choose quantity ($100 per slot)
- Continue to payment
Then Admin → Training programs → Add program.
Invoices
View invoices & payment methods opens Stripe Customer Portal (receipts, saved card).
Annual contract agencies
Annual invoice plan:
- No self-serve Buy credits or Buy program slot
- Enrollments do not deduct credits
- Extra program slots via DORWORKS support

Troubleshooting
| Issue | Action |
|---|---|
| Paid, balance unchanged | Refresh Billing; wait 1 minute; contact support with date/amount |
| Cannot enroll | Buy credits — need balance ≥ 1 |
| Cannot add program | Buy slot (pay-go) or contact support (annual) |
| Promo rejected | Validate in buy-credits modal; check quantity cap |
